We do our best to get your order out quickly, safely, and at the best possible rate. Please review the details below.

Order Processing & Tracking

  • All in-stock items ship within 2 business days of order confirmation (excluding weekends & pre-orders).
  • You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Canada Shipping

  • Orders $149+ (before tax): Free shipping to all Canadian provinces.
  • Orders under $149: $20 shipping fee is added at at checkout.
  • Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon & remote areas: Please contact us for shipping cost.
  • US or International: We do not ship to US or international addresses.

Estimated Delivery Times (Canada)

  • Ontario: 1–2 business days
  • Quebec, MB, SK, AB, BC: 2–3 business days
  • Atlantic Provinces: 3–5 business days
  • Remote Territories (NT, NU, YT): 5–10 business days (weather-dependent)

Address & Delivery

  • Credit card payments: Alternate addresses must be confirmed by email before dispatch.
  • PayPal payments: Must ship to the confirmed PayPal address (for security).
  • Hotels/temporary addresses: Contact us before ordering. Signature-on-delivery will be required.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your parcel before signing.
  • Report damage, missing items, or shipping errors within 5 business days to contact@flyhwy.com.
  • Keep all packaging for carrier inspection.
  • Claims filed after 5 days may not be approved.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Defective/DOA items (confirmed by support): We cover return shipping.
  • Change of mind, wrong size, buyer’s remorse: Customer pays return shipping.

Undeliverable or Rejected Packages

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect:

  • Refunds are issued minus original outbound shipping and carrier return charges.
  • Reshipment requires a new shipping fee.
